A Call for Kindness

The summer of 2024 Hagrid’s Hope has had many calls to rescue momma cats and kittens, lots of kittens. They will be ready for adoption soon.

They need to get all their vaccines and be spayed/neutered and then they will be available.

Sweet Little Stevie

Stevie was born with eye problems and the only way to save her life was to remove the infected eyes. She is doing well, eats, plays with her kitten siblings and cuddles with the family dog.

The vets say that she can live an active, happy, full life as long as she is in an environment that keeps her safe.

Nursing Momma

Hagrid's Hope caught these kittens in Portage on 09/29/24. A resident called Animal Control and they called us. Not long after, we got the mom!

Mom is finally feeling more confident . She is starting to let them nurse and clean them. However, her milk supply seems very limited. We will be supplementing feeds for them every 3-4 hours for the foreseeable future.. sweet as can be..
